Saturday, 1st February 2020 there will be the ROGO DELLA GIUBIANA in Carcano di Albavilla (CO) organized by the Group “I Paisan”, under the patronage of the municipality of Albavilla.
PROGRAM
At 7 p.m. at the headquarters of I PAISAN in Albavilla, Via Carcano 71/a, opening of the kitchen with many dishes also typical:
– risotto with luganiga (sausage);
– sausage with stewed potatoes;
– barbecued sausage;
– hot dog;
– pancakes;
– mulled wine.
At about 9.30 p.m. the trial with the Inquisition Tribunal will be held.
At about 10 pm the ROGO della Giubiana with a fireworks display.
In case of bad weather the event will be postponed to the following Saturday.
