HOW TO BUY YOUR TICKET
The ticket is usable only in 2° Class on trenord trains [no Malpensa Express] and is non-refundable.
– purchasable at trenord-approved retail outlets: it is valid daily with mandatory validation and non-refundable.
– Purchasable Online/APP trenord: the ticket must be printed and used on the day indicated on the ticket.
It is possible to change the date of travel 3 times by online procedure up to 1 day before departure [change the date of the trip].
For the railway part does not require validation on the ground; for the navigation part, before boarding it is necessary to go to the ticket office of Navigazione Laghi in Como or Lecco for validation.
