From 8 April to 16 June 2019 you will have the opportunity to know and taste the gastronomy of our country thanks to the 13° edition of S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino.
13 years, 19 events, 22 Michelin stars, 366 Gault&Millau points and 16 of the most enchanting locations in Switzerland!
After the international tour in 2018, the festival ”returns home”; S.Pellegrino Sapori 2019 chooses to start a collaboration with Les Grandes Tables de Suisse, the most prestigious swiss gastronomic association.
The evenings at the table will be elegant and exclusive; they will start with a rich aperitif and will continue with a menù designed for the occasion, complete with pairings with high quality wines.

- 11 June:Enrico Bartolini, at ”BLU Restaurant & Lounge”;
- 16 June: Final party, at ”Hotel Splendide Royal”.
