These are subdivided into three other sub-categories: classical, reinterpreted, freely inspired.<\/p>\n<p>A special technical commission (composed of journalists of the sector and chef of the Association of Cooks of the province of Como) will collect the various recipes proposed that will form, year after year, the <strong> &#8220;general repertoire&#8221; of typical Como cuisine. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the end of the festival each chef will &#8220;tell&#8221; his gastronomic choices during the &#8220;strong&#8221; night of the gastronomic Oscars in Como &#8220;. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h3> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gastrolario.it\/i-ristoranti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> DISCOVER AND CHOOSE RESTAURANTS <\/a>!
