The Streetfood Festival Lugano will be back again this year organized by Kumain BBQ Street from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th of May 2019 – CAMPO MARZIO -.
A particular journey among the local flavors and ethnic specialities, for an evening with friends and a different dinner concept. In fact the idea of the organizers is to stimulate the curiosity and palate of the participants with dishes and snacks that are not easily reproducible with the typical homemade ingredients.

– Pork skewers with Filipino marinade
-Lumpia, Filipino style meat rolls (super crunchy)
-Pancit, Filipino style rice noodles
– Caldereta, beef stew with vegetables, potatoes accompanied with fragrant rice
-Turron, banana rolls with caramel sauce
FROM COLOMBIA:
-Empanadas with guacamole sauce
-Arroz with chicken
